1. Services
Ideal Pets LLC provides mobile pet grooming and cosmetic dental care. We provide services at the customer’s designated location. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our staff or itself.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee of $15.

• No-Shows: If our van arrives and no one is available to provide access to the pet, a full service fee may apply.

3. Pet Health and Safety

• Vaccinations: Owners must certify that their pets are up-to-date on Rabies vaccinations as required by Florida law.

• Pre-existing Conditions: Owners must disclose any medical conditions or behavioral issues prior to the service.

4. Matted Coat Release
If a pet’s coat is severely matted, Ideal Pets staff will prioritize the pet’s comfort. This may require shaving the coat. The owner acknowledges that matting can cause skin irritation and releases Ideal Pets from liability for any conditions uncovered by the removal of mats.

5. Dental Care Disclaimer
Our dental care is a cosmetic, non-anesthetic service. It is not a substitute for veterinary surgery or medical treatment for advanced periodontal disease.

6. Liability
Ideal Pets LLC is not responsible for any injuries or conditions that result from pre-existing health issues or the natural aging process of the pet during or after the grooming session.
